We were welcomed in fine style by Pam Dillon the Chief of ODNR Division of Watercraft.  She had so many nice things to say about the work we do.  Spring conference is time for awards and training .

Fairborn weather left something to be desired but we were pleased to see the gold side folks when Admiral Whitehead and Captain Close joined us for the weekend.

Our Friday Fun Night was a memorable occasion with the crew from Division 6 in costume and filled with stories and tails and lots of ARRRRRR!    Costumes were varied and we even had a small jewelry display!  There was even an award for the pirate judged the most crusty one of all and we all agreed that indeed, he was!

Saturday brought class time and our District Store was there to serve us, as always.  The Commodore's Banquet was a time for fellowship and awards and a word from The Boss .

After the banquet we all spent a little more fellowship time in the Hospitality Room visiting those friends we won't see until the Fall Conference in Pittsburgh, PA.  See you there???
